Great place, terrible cleanliness!
The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. But wow, the room was not clean at all. Dirty bedding and a fridge with grime made for an uncomfortable stay. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies. The picnic area was nice tho! Wouldn't come back until they improve cleanliness.

Checked into the Economy King Room, Upper Floor. The front desk staff were helpful and got me settled quickly. The room felt clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The curtains blocked out all light, making it easy to nap during the day. Wi-Fi worked great. I got a lot done. On the downside, guests in the room above me made a ton of noise. Stomping around and dropping heavy items kept me up way too late. No phone in the room made it hard to report that. The breakfast options were very limited, just some pre-packaged items which didn’t excite me. Good enough if you're in a pinch, but mostly lacking variety. Overall, the place showed potential but had some hiccups during the stay.

We had a fantastic time in the well-kept Deluxe Double Room with all the amenities. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and cozy TV lounge. Despite some noise from the parking lot at night, it didn't ruin our stay at all. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot, this place is definitely worth considering! 😊

During my stay, I was relieved by the prompt service from the staff when issues arose. The breakfast selections were good, especially the fresh pastries. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I recommend bringing your own sanitizing supplies.

It was just a fine choice for one night in Pensacola, great for the money. The ice machine worked perfectly after a long day. Bring your own toiletries to be safe for the stay.

Family with kids good value
The staff was very friendly, specially the front desk lady who was super sweet to us and helped us with extra towels and blankets, so we felt like we were actually cared for. Plus, the room had new, clean bedding and very comfortable beds, which is a must for my family.
It wasn’t cheap but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Hotel Pensacola featured bright, spacious common areas that were easy for seniors to navigate. The staff was exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. My room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing.
Better accessibility features would enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 02nice viewdecent locationquestionable atmosphere
The Economy King Room on the upper floor offers a nice view, providing a decent vantage point over the less than scenic surroundings. The location, while tricky to access, isn’t too far from local attractions, though you'll need to navigate a bit to get there.
Upon arrival, a very questionable atmosphere loomed with shady characters lingering in the parking lot, which was unsettling. The outside of the building looked a bit rundown despite fresh paint covering up some unsightly issues. mold and fungus on the roof made me wonder about its maintenance. Inside, I encountered persistent odors that masked any pretenses of cleanliness, particularly with the carpet that left my feet dirty after walking around. The bathroom had a distinct lack of care with soap scum and hair from previous guests lingering around. Only hot water available for showers turned my experience into an uncomfortable one. The gym felt like a sauna rather than a workout space, leaving me disappointed with my options to stay active during my stay.

I stayed in the Premium King Suite with Spa Bath. The room was fantastic! It had a hot tub by the bed with strong jets, which was exactly what I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the fridge was a nice touch too. Everything felt really clean and well-maintained. Honestly, it was perfect for what we were looking for while building our house.

Clean and quiet room on the main level provided a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. However, breakfast options were lacking in healthfulness, and the presence of cats at the entry was off-putting. Limited dining choices nearby may require a car for better options.
