We had a fantastic time in the well-kept Deluxe Double Room with all the amenities. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and cozy TV lounge. The outside of the building looked a bit rundown despite fresh paint covering up some unsightly issues. mold and fungus on the roof made me wonder about its maintenance. Inside, I encountered persistent odors that masked any pretenses of cleanliness, particularly with the carpet that left my feet dirty after walking around. The bathroom had a distinct lack of care with soap scum and hair from previous guests lingering around. Only hot water available for showers turned my experience into an uncomfortable one. The gym felt like a sauna rather than a workout space, leaving me disappointed with my options to stay active during my stay.

Hotel Pensacola featured bright, spacious common areas that were easy for seniors to navigate. The staff was exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. My room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

I stayed here for a business trip and found the large, well-equipped room to be quite comfortable for my work needs. The excellent internet connection and 24-hour coffee service were definite highlights of my stay. The pool and fitness center were also nice amenities that made my downtime enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly, specially the front desk lady who was super sweet to us and helped us with extra towels and blankets, so we felt like we were actually cared for. Plus, the room had new, clean bedding and very comfortable beds, which is a must for my family.

It wasn’t cheap but for what we got, it was acceptable.
